EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

At Valmere New York™, we are committed to providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If your item is not suitable, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Full name and email address or phone number

  • Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange

  • The reason for your request

  • Clear photos showing any defects (if applicable)

Our customer service team will assess your request and provide instructions if approved.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are returned in a used or altered condition.


We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges If:

  • The wrong size was ordered despite a clear size chart being provided.

  • The item was damaged by the customer after delivery.

  • The courier has confirmed delivery, but the customer claims non-receipt.

  • A defect was not reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • The customer fails to respond within 72 hours of our follow-up regarding their return request.

  • The return is based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., colour, texture, or material not as expected).


IMPORTANT NOTE ON SUBJECTIVE PERCEPTIONS

We strive to provide accurate product information, including size charts and high-resolution images. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or display settings. This is not considered a defect.

  • Personal preferences regarding fit, feel, or appearance do not constitute valid reasons for a return if the item matches the description provided.

If you have doubts before ordering, we recommend contacting us for clarification.


1. EXCHANGE POLICY

If you received the wrong item or size due to an error on our part and your request meets our conditions:

  • You may request an exchange for a different size or a different item available on our website.

  • The exchange request and the return must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, we will send you the return instructions and warehouse address via email.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship your replacement.

Note: Exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the wrong size and did not refer to the provided size guide.


2. REFUND POLICY

If your refund request is approved:

  • The item must be returned to our warehouse in Asia. This is a mandatory condition for issuing any refund.

  • A valid tracking number must be provided. Refunds will not be processed without verifiable proof of return shipment.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and typically start from $20-$30+, depending on your location and shipping provider.

Refund Processing Timeline:

  • 3–4 weeks: Estimated shipping time to our warehouse.

  • Up to 2 weeks: Inspection and processing upon arrival.

All returned items must be unused and in original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Please email us at support@valmerenewyork.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the defect.

  • Once confirmed, we will issue a free replacement of the same item. No need to return the defective product.

  • This only applies to issues reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
